Roxy personally packs and ships most of her original artwork. An exception would be a large, framed oil painting. She may use a local frame shop/UPS for special packing supplies or boxes. All originals are sold through Etsy. Roxy has a FREE SHIPPING guarantee for any painting $35.00 or more and this includes insurance for the cost of the painting if it is valued over $100. *Large Originals are shipped individually even if more than one is purchased to prevent damage.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Foreign Countries
* For international buyers Shipping is charged at checkout and is calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Some countries charge an additional tax which is automatically added by Etsy who collects and remits it to the country. Roxy is not even aware of the extra charge if it is added because it only shows up at checkout on the buyer's end. Currently, we are aware that some places in Australia and New Zealand add this tax.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:
Roxy is not responsible for a package once it has left the United States. She has no control over how long it takes to get to your country. Tracking is provided once shipped so you may monitor it. Roxy ships as soon as possible. Usually, one business day and the last package sent to Australia took one week door to door.
Buyer is responsible for additional customs duty, VAT and/or import taxes. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, We are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Please, do not ask Roxy to change anything on customs forms. We will not mark "gift" on international packages. The actual price will be listed on the customs form.

Prints of paintings or photography are shipped directly from Fine Art America and their policies apply. If purchasing a print through them, please read their policies.

Returns on Original Paintings 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on original artwork if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. No questions asked. You must contact me within 7 (seven days) of receiving the artwork and notify me that it is being returned.The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and arrive within the 15 day cut off. No exceptions. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs at customer's expense. Artwork must be insured for return. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Once the item arrives and has been inspected, The price of the art and the tax will be refunded MINUS A 16% RESTOCKING FEE. What is that? This covers non-refundable transaction fees that I incur which are percentage based and also the loss of my product on the shelf for two weeks when it could be sold to another buyer and the work required to re-list the item. Returns on Prints There are no returns on Prints except if the print itself is damaged. Please see details below: Returns on Prints are accepted only in the rare case of damage to the shipment. (The product itself) Buyers remorse or color variations from the computer monitor and what the print looks like in person are not valid reasons for a return. In the rare event of a damaged print, buyer must follow the instructions above in "Shipment arrives Damaged" and photograph the damaged packaging before opening and the damaged print, and save the damaged packaging.
